Apparently the item was not in stock and

Apparently the item was not in stock and i wasn t informed at time of ordering. i did receive an email stating 5-7 days, although 2 days later received another email confirming my order had been despatched. However, it would have been better if their website hadn t said it was in stock when it wasn t as i might have needed it urgently and could have gone elsewhere had i known.
