Easy to use website, but was not

Easy to use website, but was not informed at time of ordering that item was not in stock, and did not receive any correspondence to this effect. Order tracking on website just showed not despatched. Waited just over a week before calling the helpline to be told that it was out of stock but coming shortly and that it would be sent to me asap. I did receive it shortly after this phonecall. Great item, cheap, but slow delivery, and poor customer communication.
