Very good product arrived promptly and in one piece. I was called by the customer service team the day after I ordered to try to sell me an express delivery date and an HDMI lead for the Plasma I brought. I declined both as the lead was expensive, and the delivery arrived free on the day they said it would be there if a paid the 30 quid express delivery charge. So don t get suckered into that opti... Best price available, GREAT service. After ordering i realised I would be away during suggested delivery period and phoned suggesting they postponed delivery. Staff helpful and polite on the telephone when I called to tell them of my delivery dilemma. Rather than postponing they said they would try to deliver EARLIER than the delivery slot.
