OI ordered a Panasonic camcorder, it was in stock and was told it would take between 7 - 10 days to deliver (at no cost). Happy so far. Within 2 days of placing the order, they phoned to confirm. They also offered a special postage deal saying I could have it next day for an extra 14 pounds, I said no thanks, as I didn t mind waiting, and extra insurance for accidental damage, didn t need that ...
