I didn't know much about the television but I had a really nice person on the phone that helped me pick a television and even told me how to set it all up. Very nice people. I will order from them again, when I need my DVD recorder. Read Full Review »

I ordered a Sony bravia on sunday 21st

I ordered a Sony bravia on sunday 21st december. got a call next day saying that it would not arrive before xmas with the delivery i chose. But they said if i paid extra £15 i could get next day delivery.
I was happy to do this. got the item at 10:50 tuesday.
It was the best price around, great TV great price. They contacted me day after ordering, so i would rate the customer care as fantastic.

Price was very competitive and was hopeful it would be delivered before Christmas even with just standard delivery. Then got a phone call informing me that it might be delivered before Christmas but if I paid £20+ it would be delivered much quicker. Looked at load of sites for the right television at the right price. This was the cheapest one that I could find @ approx £150 less than many of the high street shops. Delivered on time and let us know they were coming the night before.
