whilst i know xmas is a busy time it must be said that your delivery charge was by far the most expensive i paid over xmas and also the only one that FAILED to deliver on the arranged day . However overall good service but i might suggest use a better courier and cheaper eg: most were charging between 9 and 14 pounds not 34 .

I would never order anything again from Multizone. My TV order was confirmed as of 19/12/2008. It is now 6/1/09 and I am still waiting for it. A wrong address materialised on the package (apparently). The customer care department could not care. Never ever use this service - they are NOT worth the hassle. Read Full Review »
