I hadn t thought of making an internet purchase as I think that if we abandon the high street, we cannot complain when we don t have Browse/talk/advice centres. Good response to order sent online and very easy to access the same customer care person by phone to follow up the order. However the delivery time over christmas in the end was going to take too long even though I order 10 days ahead.
