I placed my order on the weekend.

I placed my order on the weekend. Customer services rang me on Monday to check my details and to confirm that the TV was in stock and would be despatched on a Standard service which could be 3 - 5 days (a special next day service was also available for £10.00 extra) The TV arrived next day at 1.30 pm. Excellent service... only 1 gripe which was outside Multizoneav.com's control - a fixing screw was missing inside the carcase which held the VESA bracket plate in place. I removed the back of the TV and secured the fixing plate with a screw, replaced the back and now the TV is fixed in place on the kitchen wall working like a dream!
