Don't be tempted by the cheap prices. I ordered Bob Dylan and received Bobby Darin. I was not refunded return postage, despite the fact that their terms and conditions stated that in the case of an error on their part a FULL refund incl rtn postage would be issued. I been a customer of Play.com for 3 years and will continue to do so.

Customer service is excellent, polite, helpful and always someone there to answer (some websites seem to have no one).

The prices are great especially around sales time.

Play is by far the best site to order CDs & DVDs from, I've never had a problem. Always find them to be the cheapest, fastest and most efficient, and free delivery. I've tried hmv and cd wow, don't compare to Play.com. A company I can't fault. Read Full Review »
