Recently bought a Creative Zen Vision M

Recently bought a Creative Zen Vision M from Play.com. Delivery good but unfortunately product useless. Cannot play more than 20 minutes before the player freezes. Have tried contacting Play.com to return item. After several emails and now three days waiting for a response and return number still no reply. So their customer care can only be rated as extremly poor. This is my first purchase from them and likely to be my last. Not a patch on Amazon cutomer service.
