I ordered a Viao FE41Z from play last week. Screen showed in stock and 24 hour dispatch. I thought it was going to be as easy as ordering a cd/dvd. Next day I checked to see if my pc was on its way. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, delivery of my Xbox 360 game took more than 3 weeks because they were advertising a product they didn't have stock of. But they won't tell you that until it's ordered and they've taken your money.

I ordered a game from play.com and it had a special offer which you recieve through email. I have done this before with play and io recieved the code. I have not recieved the code yet after 1 week. I find the website invaluable for christmas/birthday presents, obscure films that I suddenly remember from the past, books to read, topical books for school projects and reference books for my university course. No way of contacting these people by email, which seems to be at least standard with most sites!.

If you're looking for a site that will deliver your item quickly as you can't wait and you really,really want it within a day or two, look elsewhere.

Sure delivery is free, but i'll gladly pay a few pounds to another site just to get my order quicker.
