    I've used ebuyer regularly for several years. Generally they are the cheapest (always compare with Amazon though) and their user reviews are great for helping to decide what to buy (likewise with Amazon). I normally use the longest (cheapest) delivery time and often the item arrives quicker than they say.

    The item sent was not boxed as shown on website. In order to read the conditions before use it was necessary to break the seal on the mailer. According to e buyer this nullified any rights to a refund. In other words, there is NO refund available.

    Excellent supplier.
    Had problems with a power supply (not ebuyers fault). Contacted ebuyer and they were superb. Phoned at 6.30pm and had the replacement parts by 12.pm the following day at no cost to me. Could not have hoped for better service.
    Have used them many times. Generally well priced, relaible and helpful.

    Do not go near these guys with a barge pole!
    I asked for a Saturday delivery - it never arrived. (which caused me a great deal of hassle)
    So on Monday I cancelled the order on the phone.
    Two days later I get an email to say it has been shipped!

    I use Ebuyer almost weekly, and whilst I will agree that I have had a couple of Citylink cards through the door - and at least one while I was definitely at home - the service from Ebuyer is brilliant - always arrives - always good - and any problem they take it back with no quibble.     I have spent an lot of money over the years with ebuyer but sadly I am now not sure I will use them again. If you order from a catalogue retailer in the high street and use ring and reserve they keep the item till you collect it with no money involved till receipt.
