    Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days. Ordered Friday - they don t work at the weekend - which to me is ridiculous for an internet company - product didn t arrive until late Thursday afternoon. They weren t helpful on the phone. Not a good experience. Read Full Review »

    not happy with the merchant as the intruction books were not in english. when i contacted them they said i could up load...thats no use-you need a book to carry aroung. to print was an impractability as the book was 132 pages long.
    i could not print just the few pages i needed.

    Delivery time was only available the night before so no time to rearrange work to be in when they delivered. The Delivery driver though was exellent and phoned later in the day and we got our delivery. The help line person was not very helpful when I tried to get a new delivery date and time though.
