    Delivery was speedy, the camera was well

    Delivery was speedy, the camera was well packaged and as expected. The only complaint is that the instruction manual is in french. I had to download an english version fron Olympus, which is not a big problem but as it is 147 pages it takes a lot of ink to print.
    that said the speed of delivery, price etc makes pixmania well worth dealing with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Read Full Review »

    I am still waiting for delivery 11 days after ordering and paying. They have answered my first email but not my second which i sent several days later. One of the telephone numbers on the site for delivery enquiries doesnt work.     I was back on fourth on phone (0844 numbers) with Pixmania and DHL, because of the lies from Pixmania.
    Order was placed Thursday night/Friday 12/11/10, yet wasn t picked up by courier until the following Wednesday? This wouldn t have been a problem if I didn t NEED it for Thursday 18/11! It was finally delivered approx 3pm Friday 19/11....a whole week??
