    Sought technical advice by telephone prior to on-line order.
    Wrong verbal information given by Pixmania salesman but throughout attempt to communicate with Customer Services by telephone and subsequent e-mails after delivery, they have refused to stand by the verbal contract.

    Firstly they told me the bank had refused my transaction so I decided not to continue, then they told me my order was delayed by 24hrs and I could not contact them to find out what was going on, then they delivered the item which they said they wer nt going to deliver on the same day as they told me it was delayed by 24hours!
