Placed an order for a DGNB2100 netgear

Placed an order for a DGNB2100 netgear router, but received WBN2100 model instead. Included in the box was an invoice and return label for another customer whom the exact same thing had happen to! Very difficult to get any sense out of customer care line despite the premium rate number! Finally returned product using online service explaining what had happened and requested an exchange. Didn't hear anything for a week so emailed again asking for update. Following day received an email saying my "refund request" had been accepted!!!!?? HUH!? It seems Pixmania make it as easy as possible for customers to order from their site, but very difficult to return anything. Overall very poor experience and will definately not be using Pixmania again!
