Initial customer care was disgraceful -

Initial customer care was disgraceful - 3 emails replied to incorrectly. I was then advised they have got rid of the company they were using for customer care due to complaints and were now using Pixmania staff for customer care - much much better ! Read Full Review »

Placed an order for a DGNB2100 netgear router, but received WBN2100 model instead. Included in the box was an invoice and return label for another customer whom the exact same thing had happen to! Very good for price and shopping experience except that despatch took nearly 7 days. An e-mail saying despatch would be delayed 24-48 hours was sent and received the day it was despatched. And by then we were on holiday of course.... Read Full Review »
