Ordered a TV, which turned up Damaged, arranged the return of the damaged tv and supply of replacement. We paid for express delivery. No call backs when they say they will, No refund of the express delivery we paid for!, arranged a day to deliver then changed it without informing us costing me over half the value of the TV! The TV is excellent - the only thing I would like different is that the sound should stay on when the headphones are connected. My mother is almost deaf so I like to give her the headphones and listen to the TV myself.
