    Ordered a TV, which turned up Damaged, arranged the return of the damaged tv and supply of replacement. We paid for express delivery.     The TV is excellent - the only thing I

    The TV is excellent - the only thing I would like different is that the sound should stay on when the headphones are connected. My mother is almost deaf so I like to give her the headphones and listen to the TV myself.
