Mesh computers are specialists in desktop PC systems and laptop computers. Founded in 1987 Mesh has won multiple awards in the computing press for its systems, these are available on the site. Mesh Computers UK sell computers direct via their website or via their telephone sales line. A downloadable Mesh price list is available. Mesh also offers a ‘Built to Order’ service.

Tailor made my own video editing system

Tailor made my own video editing system with Mesh, the telephone staff really do know what they are talking about, they didn't carry the exact graphics card I originally wanted but I was offered a better alternative, Simon answered all my questions and helped me to tweak my system. Previous reviewers are not exaggerating when they say customer service is non-existent. Dealing with companies like NTL was a breeze compared to these guys. They never reply to emails or phone calls (if you ever get through that is). I shall never again buy a Mesh computer.

I shall never again buy a Mesh computer. They take your money very quickly but if you have a problem it takes forever to get through to customer services who are most unhelpful.
You then have to jump through hoops to get a refund if the product does not work. They instantly blame you and not their product. Read Full Review »

Buying a mesh PC was the worst retail

Buying a mesh PC was the worst retail experience of my life.
It was delayed due to "lack of graphics cards" [it has integrated graphics]
When it arrived only 2 out of 3 boxes were delivered [no actual system box just a monitor and DVI lead]
When the PC arrived it was faulty [dead integrated network controller]
It took them three days to send us courier labels

My experience of Mesh has been terrible.

Our computer has broken down three times in eighteen months and Mesh's after Sales Service is non-existant. They regularly make appointments and don't turn up, regularly leave customers hanging on the phone for half an hour are generally unhelpful and evasive.

Mesh are appallingly bad in terms of build quality and and customer service. They are the new Time / Tiny. Don't believe the reviews in magazines like Computer Shopper becuase obviously they will send reviewers a computer that actually works - and probably give them a phone number that doesn't make you wait half an hour (at least) before talking to someone unhelpful. Beware! The call center will promise you

Beware! The call center will promise you next day delivery, only to find out after several calls that is going to take over a week. No one can help you, nobody is incharged, and ha-ha! we already have your money...so what are you going to do? I have never dealt with such a bad organisation. Purchased a new system from Mesh. The only upgrade from the standard specification was a larger monitor. The system arrived as promised in just under 3 weeks (I had specified Saturday delivery).
