I think you should know about the appalling failure to live up to promises and the incompetence at Mesh.

I ordered the top of the range Ultimate Q9300 Stealth Subtotal £ 1,715.54
ex VAT.on 21st July and told that it would be 10 to 14 days.

When it did not arrive I phoned - e-mailed four times without a reply and then eventually was told they did not have the chassis. so it was delayed.
On the 20th August they delivered it to the wrong address.

Now that was pretty stupid.

They said they had to deliver to the address of the card holder - but I am the card holder and they delivered to an address atr which I hold no cards!!!

I was told they would collect it and deliver it to me Saturday 23rd August. They collected it on Friday the 22nd to be delivered next day to my address.

I cancel leaving for the holiday weekend with my family and stayed at home to await delivery.

It did not turn up by 11 am so I spent several hours in the phone to Mesh who gave me numbers that did not work and then eventually after four tries got the original sales person who finally admitted he did not know where it was and any way their customer services were shut so anyway it will not be delivered until next week.

I have asked for my money to be returned. forth with.

I have discovered on the Internet that my experience is not isolated and there are several complaints of a similar order. The reality is that if this is a measure of the competence of your work force it leaves little trust in the competence of the machines you produce. I have previously bought two of your machines one for my self which turned up with the wrong specifications and has a permanent fault and in which the main hard drive has failed. I asked for full size case in case of need to change hard drives and it came with a mini case which makes working inside very difficult. Another example of the unrpfessional nature of what is going on.
