Mesh computers are specialists in desktop PC systems and laptop computers. Founded in 1987 Mesh has won multiple awards in the computing press for its systems, these are available on the site. Mesh Computers UK sell computers direct via their website or via their telephone sales line. A downloadable Mesh price list is available. Mesh also offers a ‘Built to Order’ service.

Great machines, as long as there are no

Great machines, as long as there are no problems with it. Appalling technical support and customer service.

One machines still working after 5 years, second machine bought in October 2007 not yet working properly. Eight booked engineer calls (all requiring time off work, four of which engineer did not turn up). Failing motherboard misdiagnosed and ignored until complete system failure.

Despite Gold Onsite Support, engineer unable to visit for two weeks, then replacement board also faulty. Further two weeks.

Three re-installations of Windows Vista. Over six hours on premium support lines. Three requests for replacement machines ignored.

System not working with display, system returned (after courier failed to arrive first time) for test, then given back with no note to indicate whether problem had been fixed. (Problem persisted)

After further technical phone calls, determined that fault lay in screen. Promised phone calls from technical support failed to happen. Further calls to them responded to with "we are aware of your problem and will call you back. No, we will not pass you to a supervisor."

Disappointing. Good value machines, but only if they work. Any problems, return them quickly.
