Mesh computers are specialists in desktop PC systems and laptop computers. Founded in 1987 Mesh has won multiple awards in the computing press for its systems, these are available on the site. Mesh Computers UK sell computers direct via their website or via their telephone sales line. A downloadable Mesh price list is available. Mesh also offers a ‘Built to Order’ service.

I ordered a new desktop PC from MESH computers. I wish I hadn't!
The "14 day delivery" took 30 days, with constant enquiries on my part and unfulfilled promises on theirs. The so called "online tracking" is non-existent. From point of order, it will say "in process". That's it!

The products arrived as advertised on

The products arrived as advertised on time etc, but what really let Mesh down is there after sales service..or should I say lack of it.
After agreeing to take a unit back to evaluate a problem, they withdrew the carrier service from writing the letter to me arranging collection - they did not offer any alternative saying it was my problem.

Absolutely appalling level of service. I would strongly recommend you avoid this company.

I ordered a system and was promised a delivery date. It failed to turn up. They knew how important the delivery date was as I was buying the system for my father and had to make a 400mile round trip to install it for him only for it not to arrive. No apology from Mesh. I cancelled the order.

I think you should know about the appalling failure to live up to promises and the incompetence at Mesh.

I ordered the top of the range Ultimate Q9300 Stealth Subtotal £ 1,715.54
ex VAT.on 21st July and told that it would be 10 to 14 days.

When it did not arrive I phoned - e-mailed four times without a reply and then eventually was told they did not have the chassis. so it was delayed.

Great machines, as long as there are no problems with it. Appalling technical support and customer service.

One machines still working after 5 years, second machine bought in October 2007 not yet working properly. Eight booked engineer calls (all requiring time off work, four of which engineer did not turn up). Failing motherboard misdiagnosed and ignored until complete system failure.

Just received my new Mesh PC and all is good. This is my 3rd PC purchase from Mesh and Ive also recommended them to 2 family members. No major problems to date but the one small issue I had with a memory module was handled satisfactorily.

I consider myself a power user and run many programs at once, so after much deliberation I placed an order on the mesh website for an elite express quad, most chuffed with this purchase, I had to wait a week for it to be custom built for me but well worth the wait, the system is rocket ship fast and all my mates are jealous and saving up for their own! well done mesh!!!
