    after purchasing a x box console for mt son as a christmas present i expected it to last more than 6 weeks, so off i went to toys r us receipt in hand expecting a straight swap my faulty one for one that actually worked, boy was i in for a shock toys r us guarantee only lasts for 30 days which seems a bit pointless on an item which is clearly me4ant as a long term investment purchase as i too will...     I am sure the standard of customer

    I am sure the standard of customer services varies from branch to branch but I am very dissatisfied with my experience at my local branch. I had taken a brand new and not-working-at-home copy of a £40 play station game in to be checked. The assistant was getting it out of its box as we walked along and, not surprisingly, he dropped it, made a grab for it in the air and it bounced on the hard floor... Read Full Review »
