I recently bought a bruin zen buggie for my 13 month old daughter from gloucester toysrus. after only a week it became apparent that the straps simply werent fitting over her shoulders correctly, which was worrying because the buggy was meant to go up to age 2. there was no way it would last her till next week, let alone another year!
i tried to take it back and was informed that there was no manager on site and to come back tomorrow. i went back the following day and was greeted by customer service advisor who saw no problem in refunding my money. however, the store manager had other ideas and thought that the item was suitable and didnt need a refund. i did eventually get a refund but i was advise against buying a bruin buggy!
