I purchased a buggy from Harlow store

I purchased a buggy from Harlow store and after just 10 days use it collapsed with my baby in it! On return to the store i was met with a defensive, rude and patronising attitude by a store attendant and the assistant manager. It was suggested that I had not folded it properly causing damage to the folding mechanism and a refund or exchange was refused. They did not want to hear what I had to say which was it was fine until this incident, which I suggested, could have caused a bar to bend! I am left with a broken buggy and am very, very cross and disgusted at the lack of customer service and manner with which the staff at this store 'dealt' with this problem.
