I recently bought a fisher price swing.

I recently bought a fisher price swing. After getting it home and asembling it I was not happy with the saftey of the swing it appeared very unsteady not stable. and atfer paying £60 you espect quality. So 4 days later I took the product back to the store with my receipt expecting to get my money back, as I thought the product was faulted. I was told I could not have my money back as the product was the same as the one in the store I and that should have tried the baby in the stores model before I bought this one I explained it was not safe for my baby to go in and the response I got back was thats not my problem. it was policy not to give money back if the box had been opened. But how do you asemble product with out taking it out of the box???.
