Bought Baby Travel System August 2007

Bought Baby Travel System August 2007 for my daughter, not used until Feb 2008 when baby born. Car seat handle failed, and handles on puschair worked loose, took it back to Shrewsbury that replaced it immediately, but 3 weeks later had to take replacement back as the locking system on pushcahr also failed. I brought i bruin activity table for my

I brought i bruin activity table for my daughter, after a week we realised that it was downright dangerous as the locking mechanism on the removable legs just doesn't work and when one of the legs fell off when she was standing against it, it toppled over, she fell on top on it and hit her face on the toy splitting her lip and gum open which was in no way pleasant. we did eventually get a ref... ToysRUs does not update their website

ToysRUs does not update their website inventory. I placed an order for five items, three of which were on sale to save on shipping. They canceled all of the on-sale items, and only shipped the two full-price items claiming that their website inventory was not up-to-date. It is three days after I placed my order and those items are STILL displayed as in-stock.

I recently bought a bruin zen buggie for my 13 month old daughter from gloucester toysrus. after only a week it became apparent that the straps simply werent fitting over her shoulders correctly, which was worrying because the buggy was meant to go up to age 2. there was no way it would last her till next week, let alone another year!

Bought 2 Xbox 360 consoles, had to take

Bought 2 Xbox 360 consoles, had to take one back as was faulty after 1hr 30 mins play. They refused to replace it as they coudn't replicate the fault. Took it back home and tested again, same fault.. I purchased a buggy from Harlow store

I purchased a buggy from Harlow store and after just 10 days use it collapsed with my baby in it! On return to the store i was met with a defensive, rude and patronising attitude by a store attendant and the assistant manager.
