I would not recommend Topshop.com for 2

I would not recommend Topshop.com for 2 reasons. Firstly the delivery is always extremely poor and slow. Secondly my parcel (which was very badly packed so the clothes arrived extremely creased) did not contain a freepost returns label and having emailed them a number of times they have failed to respond (except with a pointless standard reply)and the 14 days returns policy limit is running out! I will never buy from Topshop again, my main reason being that I have just discovered that their clothes are made in sweatshops abroad where workers are denied rights and paid a pittance.
