I am very disappointed with the services

I am very disappointed with the services I have received, both in the shop and on the internet. I visited Topshop in Swansea where the assistant 'ordered' me a pair of trousers. She told me they would be in within 14 days and they would phone me. I was depending on having these trousers for a wedding. I am also a size 6 with long leg which means it is extremely difficult for me to get trousers. I was relying on these trousers and because I didn't receive them I had to go to the wedding in a denim skirt because I didn't have any trousers to wear. It was also raining very heavily! I never heard about my order. Yesterday I ordered 4 pairs of trousers from the website. I was pleased and when the order was accepted. I then received an e-mail today saying that these trousers were actually out of stock in my size and that they would not be receiving anymore. I am very disapointed as I felt this was one of my only chances to get trousers in my size. Does anybody know of any shops or websites where I can buy trousers in a size 6 with a 33" or longer length leg? Thank you. (tracyevans22@yahoo.co.uk)
