DON'T get the storecard, it's a rip-off!

Normally, I quite like topshop for the range of fashion, though I think the many of the clothes are overpriced (because the quality is often poor).

I would not recommend Topshop.com for 2 reasons. Firstly the delivery is always extremely poor and slow. Secondly my parcel (which was very badly packed so the clothes arrived extremely creased) did not contain a freepost returns label and having emailed them a number of times they have failed to respond (except with a pointless standard reply)and the 14 days returns policy limit is running out! I am very disappointed with the services I have received, both in the shop and on the internet. I visited Topshop in Swansea where the assistant 'ordered' me a pair of trousers. She told me they would be in within 14 days and they would phone me. I was depending on having these trousers for a wedding.
