I also placed an order with Tesco, I found ordering with Tesco to be straight forward and relatively easy. Tesco had my order in stock, I also received my packages on time, But the customer service seemed very young and playful. Not what I expected when ordering things and spending my hard earned money. I've never had any problems with Tesco, very good service. However Fujitsu Siemans! read this...... bought a Fujitsu Siemans laptop £1199.99 from Jessops. It was always faulty. I received shoddy servicing from Fujitsu Siemans on 3 occasions. The laptop burned out after the 3rd. I have been using Tesco direct now for about 5 years. Initial we did have some fun problems, the best being a jar of olives, replaced by "easy iron". For the past few years they have been faultless, to the point of me ordering bottled water, and the picker ringing from the store to suggest if I ordered a different size it would save me £3. Bought a digital camera from Tesco

Bought a digital camera from Tesco direct and have to say the caera quality was much better than I expected. Thought a case came with it my mistake but as a gesture of goodwill Tesco refunded £5 which they didnt have to do. Would definitelt use again and can highly recommend oh nd by the way the same camera is about £10 more anywhere else. Read Full Review »

Appalling customer service!! Had faulty

Appalling customer service!! Had faulty tesco petrol pump pour petrol all over me. Women at till insisted pump was not faulty despite her colleague confirming to her that it was - I was charged for the petrol that went over me!

Wrote to customer service and local manager of store - neither replied. Emailed customer service who were worse than useless.
