I've never had any problems with Tesco, very good service. However Fujitsu Siemans! read this...... bought a Fujitsu Siemans laptop £1199.99 from Jessops. It was always faulty. I received shoddy servicing from Fujitsu Siemans on 3 occasions. The laptop burned out after the 3rd. For the past few years they have been faultless, to the point of me ordering bottled water, and the picker ringing from the store to suggest if I ordered a different size it would save me £3. Bought a digital camera from Tesco direct and have to say the caera quality was much better than I expected. Thought a case came with it my mistake but as a gesture of goodwill Tesco refunded £5 which they didnt have to do. Appalling customer service!! Had faulty tesco petrol pump pour petrol all over me. Women at till insisted pump was not faulty despite her colleague confirming to her that it was - I was charged for the petrol that went over me!

Wrote to customer service and local manager of store - neither replied. Emailed customer service who were worse than useless.

Why do they show so little regard for their customer?
Until last week, I was a regular on-line shopper, spending £6000 a year. Sure, I had always had problems with them...40% of deliveries in the first 6 months were cancelled by them because 'the van has broken down'. Always the same excuse.
