I would never use this store again. We ordered a treadmill. It arrived on time, however was badly damaged. It took over 2 weeks for them to take the treadmill back and replace it with a new one. When the second treadmill arrived it was in even worse condition than the first. At this point we had had enough! We asked for our money back. We have yet to recieve it, apparently they can keep your money for 30 days after you ask to have it returned. So for 2 months they have had our money and we have nothing but trouble to show for it. During this time we had alot of trouble geting through to anyone by phone so we left at least 10 messages. Not one of these was ever returned, so we tried emailing them through their site, the email was returned to us with a message telling us it did not exist. I would never ever go near this company again, the service was awful and we were left very diapointed. Not once has anyone from this company contacted us to tell us what is going on or to appologies for the trouble we have had.
