Very disappointed with Sweatband. Before I made the order, I both phoned and emailed with questions on a product. On both counts, I was answered, but neither agent told me about the availability (or lack thereof) of the product. I have mixed experiences with this store. The first time I ordered a squash racket from them about 3 months ago everything went smoothly and it was received promptly. The second order I placed with them has not gone as smoothly. It has been 12 workings days since I ordered a racket that should have taken 7 working days to receive. I would never use this store again. We ordered a treadmill. It arrived on time, however was badly damaged. It took over 2 weeks for them to take the treadmill back and replace it with a new one. When the second treadmill arrived it was in even worse condition than the first. At this point we had had enough! We asked for our money back. We have yet to recieve it, apparently they can keep your money... Read Full Review »
