Can't fault the prices, customer

Can't fault the prices, customer service or delivery at all BUT the products are sometimes not quite what you expect. I bought a bathroom towel heater which was a good price and included free valves. However, the valves were ordinary radiator valves and not the nice ones you expect to see on a chrome towel radiator so I had to spend another £30 to buy some good ones. The fixings to the wall are also plastic coated with a chrome film that has already started to peel off so I'm not happy at all about that... and it was only fitted less than two weeks ago. The rest of the radiator seems fine at the moment. I would just recommend to be a bit wary as the products may not quite be what they seem at first.
