Can't fault the prices, customer service or delivery at all BUT the products are sometimes not quite what you expect. I bought a bathroom towel heater which was a good price and included free valves. However, the valves were ordinary radiator valves and not the nice ones you expect to see on a chrome towel radiator so I had to spend another £30 to buy some good ones. The fixings to the wall... Bought a Erbauer ERB905D 3mm Planer from Screw Fix on 9th June, 2006. After getting this planer home, I put a straight edge across the base plate. There is a 0.6mm gap at the cutting plane (straight edge touches at the base plate at outer edges). Absolutely top notch company.

One order was sent with something I didn't request, I was told to keep the item free of charge. Another time a tool broke after 12 weeks use, I received a repacement at 8:15am the next day with no quibble.
