Miller Brothers? DON'T USE

Miller Brothers? DON'T USE THEM!!
Ordered a £1200 Rangemaster cooker from them 22/01/06, order specified the cooker would take 4-5 weeks and would be despatched by Rangemaster.
After 4 weeks rang Rangemaster to see if order was about to be despatched, Rangemaster had not received an order from Millers.
Rang to Millers to complain, they said they ordered. Checked again with Rangemaster no order. Checked with Millers they admitted there was a technical problem and offered us our money back. No apology, no attempt to put things right just head in the sand "do you want your money back?"
Went further up the Miller's food chain, they promised to deliver 22/2/2006. Cooker didn't arrive rang Millers and Rangemaster to complain, Rangemaster said their delivery men were turned away from the warehouse "because it was out of hours"
Complained to Millers, yes you guessed it "do you want your money back?". Further up the food chain agreed to deliver 7/3/06, checked with them today (3/3/06) "sorry the equipment is damaged" checked with Rangemaster they said this is rubbish everything was ok when they despatched. Rang Millers again... don't need to say the rest do I?
Anyway upshot we still have not got our cooker and the only organisation to come out with any credit are Rangemaster who have been honest all along. As for Millers, they have had our money for 6 weeks, have failed to respond to our initial order.
Refused at all attempts to apologise for their incompetence and the only response they can give is to offer your money back.
Do they have a remote idea of what customer service is?
