Website said product was in stock, this

Website said product was in stock, this was not the case they said it was in stock at the suppliers and delivery would be effected in 7/10 days.
This did not happen however I was given a delivery date when they would receive it this did not materialise and I was given another date when they would receive it, however, within an hour of the call another person from the Company telephoned to say it would not be received on the date I had been given and that it was out of stock at the Manufaturers and delivery from the suppliers was still 3/4 weeks away at which point I cancelled the order.
As if this situation was not bad enough I had to make numerous telephone calls over the space of a week costing over £8 to have a refund credited to my credit card. Avoid at all costs as the company is inefficient once the order has been placed and the goods paid for. Linked to QED-uk Beware
