Three days prior to Miller Bros going

Three days prior to Miller Bros going into administration an order for electrical goods to the value of £1200.00 was placed and paid for 22.06.06.
Having now researched the involvement of chartered accountants BDO Stoy Hayward LLP (also now acting as administrators)parts of the company had been salvaged and sold on by BDO to senior management of the old company on or around the 30th of May. It is therefore my assumption that BDO and past management and directors would have been well aware of their full intentions prior to the 22 May (my purchase date.) I also believe the company has taken hundreds of paid orders from unsuspecting customers when all along they new well in advance and had planned this sell off prior to the administrators being officially called in. At this stage I make no mention of their bank who have gone along with this very dubious transaction and would strongly recommend that future customers should only buy from Miller Bros web site and head office shop (Doncaster)on a cash on delivery basis. (Reason) One man involved in the old company and the now new reformed Miller Bros has a track record of being involved in companies that go into administration. It would be good sense that future potential customers remember what has gone on before can happen again leaving you and suppliers out of pocket yet again. In signing off I would say letters of excellence written anonymously should be viewed dubiously.
