Appalling service. Ordered my fridge / freezer, they took £350 from my account immediately but didn't receive my goods for 2 months after several emails & phone calls. Delivery was very difficult to arrange. Outsourced to courier company but didn't have ability to call them to arrange delivery so had to wait a further week until we were contacted by them to take delivery! Read Full Review »

Website said product was in stock, this was not the case they said it was in stock at the suppliers and delivery would be effected in 7/10 days.

It was the first time I used this site, was an easy ordering process, the item was delivered within 3 days and arrived on time and in excellent condition.
The delivery guys were very helpful and placed the item in the kitchen for me.

I have ordered in the past so I knew that I would receive good service. I have brought good from Miller before and after they have gone into Administration and I have always been more than happy with the service I have receieved. Recenlty I have brought new fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, all arrived on time where installed. I was extremley happy with the sales man and the delivery men. Rang the sales line rather than order via the web as I wanted delivery to my work address (everyone hates waiting in for deliveries). The guy I spoke with said we deliver to your area on a Saturday morning, he processed my sale at 1.30pm on Friday afternoon and my delivery arrived as promised Saturday morning! Three days prior to Miller Bros going into administration an order for electrical goods to the value of £1200.00 was placed and paid for 22.06.06.
