Mixed case of wine ordered for Xmas.

Mixed case of wine ordered for Xmas. Included was a promo taster case offer. Wine Delivered three days late and no promo case. Phoned up and was fobbed off - told it was just a free offer and so of no value. Spoke to Supervisor - was fuming by then - and two cases promised along with refund of delivery. Neither happened!!!!
