the phone didnt work, the replacement SIM card didnt work, the mobile number issued to me was in use by someone else, the "customer care" phone number is 12pence per minute, it is not unusual to be on hold for 30 minutes or more, Ive written by recorded delivery to the MD, but guess what....no reply, two months after ordering the phone, it still ... As a so called communication company, communication is a very low priority.
Ordered a phone, tracked the order, said it was 'network referred', sent them 5 E-mails over 4 days asking for an explanation. No response to any.
Tried to contact a sales advisor by telephone, waited, and waited, and waited and waited.
2 1/2 hours in total, and still no one answered the phone.

Quite frankly my experience has been awful. Ordered a mobile that was supposed to be delivered within 2 days. It's 2 weeks later, I've spent £10 on the phone to their customer service helpline and sent about 10 emails, always with the same standard reply to send them a proof of address. I have done this 6 times at least.

2 weeks on, still have no phone or word back.

What a service! helpful,friendly and efficent. I couldnt ask for more. Owned by the CarphoneWarehouse which gave me added reassurance. They had the cheapest offers for the latest phones out of all the companies I viewed (and I viewed plenty). When I first got to the site, it was not a scary experience to buy it. Very quick and simple. Was very impressed to get the phone that I ordered from e2save the next working day. Competent for a phone retailer. Part of Carphone Warehouse. Bought a cheap contract phone from them, delivered next day. Customer service after a billing question was good, but slow via email or phone (a national call rate line).
