they promise huge cashback. and then when the time come to give cashback checque back. they make lame excuses, forexample just last month they told me that they never received my cashback request with my bill, but once i confirmed that i sent it via recorded delivery they told me that they will look for it . and acknowledge that they have received it a week earlier but were lying to me. that after acknowledging that they received it. they send me a letter saying that because i have agreed to continue they contract after 12 month,therefore they wont give me cashback due for 12th month as the salesperson who entice me to keep the phone contract going after 12 month did changed the tarrif immediately instead of waiting for my last month to be complete , so it was there own fault but i endup loosing my 12th month cashback of £84.50, so in short i would never recommend them and wont ever purchase their deal ,regardless how much cashback they offer me.
and i would pursue the matter further.so they wont think that by palying their trick they can win.
