Truly awful customer care. Unable to get

Truly awful customer care. Unable to get my handset fixed, it broke down after month. They list incorrect numbers online, if you try to call the only line you can get through on (the order line) they transfer you without saying a word then disconnect you after a 15 minute wait. Foolishly I have tried on six occasions.

Avoid like the plague.
