Ordered K800i which was delivered a few days later, this is when my nightmare began!! The phone was fauly so I rang the customer service line & was told to remove the sim card & return the phone too them. New phone arrived with new sim card, I put the original sim card into the phone but it would not work! So I again rang e2save and was told that they had made a mistake by sending me a new phone & sim card & new number instead of it being a striaght forward "sim swap" No problem, used new sim card & phone number & was told original number would be cancelled.
First bill came through and realised i had been charged for both numbers which means I have two contracts with them! Rang them again they apolgised and said thet would cancel original contract. Second bill came through, again charged for two contracts. This time rang Orange and was told that e2save needs to send them a "disconnection" form. I again rang e2save & was promised this had been done, in the meantime Orange advised me to stop the direct debit. Third bill came and again charged for two contracts & the bill from last month. Orange did not recieve disconnection form! Every time we ring they cut us off or put us on hold . We have now sent a letter to the CEO of carphone warehouse 2 weeks ago & still have no reply!!!! This is still going on!!!
