e2Save is a complete scam. If you're trying to save money then don't buy from it, honestly it's the worst retailer I've ever dealt with.

To date, I have not received a single cashback cheques despite it was promised 10 months ago. Originally my monthly tarif should have been £35 but somehow I receive bills that totals £45 every month.

This company is DREADFUL. They ripped me off to the tune of hundreds of pounds on a cash-back scheme, claiming they never received one of my tokens. I've reported them to every consumer watchdog I can find, and I'm considering taking legal action. Don't go anywhere near these people if you value your peace of mind, and obviously your money. Truly awful customer care. Unable to get my handset fixed, it broke down after month. They list incorrect numbers online, if you try to call the only line you can get through on (the order line) they transfer you without saying a word then disconnect you after a 15 minute wait. Foolishly I have tried on six occasions.
