We bought a fitted bedroom from a Staffordshire store which was a new concept store. Ordering was O.K. Told it was a new line. Line now withdrawn after being told it was a popular selling item. Do not shop at MFI. Their sales advisor haven't a clue what they're doing and there Customer Services department are not helpful at all. My kitchen was delivered with half a worktop and a smashed oven 2 weeks before Christmas. They have been unhelpful and lazy. Don't buy at MFI, don't trust the sales advisors and don't even thing about asking the store manager for help!!!

I bought a sink with the right dimensions from MFI. Kitchen ssembly went fine. The quality of the units are about average. The door fronts all have sharp edges.
The Stainless Steel sink is a FRANKE and although top of the MFI range it is poor quality for the price.
The Monobloc sink mixer is overpriced.

Never ever use MFI. They care little for the customer once they have your money. Bought a kitchen, was sent wrong items and damaged goods... goods that were marked damaged at the factory and they still sent them.
