We bought a sofa, which was delivered on time, if you can call leaving it outside our apartment door delivering it!!
When I phoned customer services I was met by the most abysmal employee on this planet. I was not aware and was not told that my call was being recorded until further into the argument. I was told I could not have a copy of the tape and that I am not allowed to quote the law unless I am in court! I was also told I had no rights at all. The sofa was left in a dirty plastic covering that my daughter removed before heaving it into the apartment on her own, the delivery men didn't even knock the door.
I will never buy again from MFI and I will ensure that I tell everybody the same. I wish I had found this site first and read the reviews before I even walked through the door of the store.
