Poor quality goods, seems cheap

Poor quality goods, seems cheap initially but by the time all accessories are added they're the same (or more) as other outlets. Aftercare abysmal, sold me a product from brochure but delivered something much cheaper. In the middle of a dispute but not getting very far so have to take it further! Poor to deal with afterwards.
