MFI

They work hard to get your money and

They work hard to get your money and take your order. And then they run like hell. Absolutely NO customer service. We ordered a kitchen from Leeds in December. It's mid May and we've had our MFI one in construction for over 7 weeks! The old one is still in the drive, cupboards supplied wrongly, NO response from the store. NOBODY takes responsibility for your cstomer care. 14,000 wasted up to now. Abolutely no response from telephone calls. The only way to attract their fleeting attention is to go into the store and complain hard. NEVER BUY FROM MFI
