Do noy buy from them, they lie to you and there after sales service must be the worse around, they provide you with telephone numbers, but no one anwsers, you will be on the phone for weeks. and as for there furniture insurance a total waste of time as they pretend to help, but when you enquire again nothing has been done. help they give you false promises.

MFI are an absolute nightmare after buying kitchen from Exeter store receiving incomplete order damaged worktops manager of store could not be more unhelpful customer service have obviously not been trained in customer care, once they have your money hard luck! if you have a problem.All phone calls are charged at premium rate to complain. Avoid MFI at all costs, all they want is your money, and once they have it they won't care one little bit about you or your order.

Trying to arrange a delivery is a complete nightmare !!! Got through that and the two products I ordered didnt turn up. Spoke to Store Manager, Customer Services & Head Office & feel the service was probably the poorest I have come across.

Poor quality goods, seems cheap

Poor quality goods, seems cheap initially but by the time all accessories are added they're the same (or more) as other outlets. Aftercare abysmal, sold me a product from brochure but delivered something much cheaper. In the middle of a dispute but not getting very far so have to take it further! Poor to deal with afterwards. They work hard to get your money and take your order. And then they run like hell. Absolutely NO customer service. We ordered a kitchen from Leeds in December. It's mid May and we've had our MFI one in construction for over 7 weeks! The old one is still in the drive, cupboards supplied wrongly, NO response from the store. MFI are the WORST company I have ever delt with. Staff tell lies and are extremely unhelpful. After you pay its too late - if there are any problems they dont want to know at all. Handles did not fit the kitchen drawers and indeed they delivered the wrong handles and refused to change them.
